This study focuses on assessing the Legislature and Political Parties. The study was conducted according to three parameters: capacity (resources, independence), governance (transparency, accountability, integrity) and task (role) characteristic of each element of the system to fulfill the institution's anti-corruption tasks.

 

The assessment examined both the legal framework of each component and the specific institutional practice, thereby highlighting the discrepancies between official provisions and reality in practice.
