In Kyrgyzstan, citizens often experience difficulties in obtaining public services and interacting with government agencies. Citizens have to overcome bureaucratic obstacles. The situation is complicated by the fact that many citizens do not know their rights and do not know where, how and to whom to turn. Because of this, many people often avoid interacting with the state and contacting government agencies to solve their problems. It is necessary to find ways to facilitate/simplify the interaction of citizens with state bodies through the use of digital technologies, and thus involve more citizens in interaction with state bodies.
